Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. The checkout creates a single card payment through Stripe and no subscription. There is no monthly or annual renewal.

Are there per-sub-account or per-client fees?

No. The install line runs at agency level, so every sub-account on your white-label domain gets the design at no extra cost.

What is the difference between Brand Lite and Brand Pro?

Brand Lite rebrands the shell: themes, UI kits, dark mode, layout and the login page. Brand Pro adds the screens clients work in daily, the dashboard and the opportunities board, plus mega menus, the floating quick menu, announcements, sub-account self-service and the contact actions bar.

What does Brand Total add?

Popups, notifications and social proof, calculators and floating widgets, sending widget leads into GoHighLevel, and white-labelling of the editor itself with your logo, colours and name. It also raises the limits to 3 workspaces, 50 saved templates and 10 team members.

When do I get access after paying?

Login emailed within minutes (max 24 hours). The account is created automatically once Stripe confirms the payment, and the login email comes from the customizer platform. If anything delays it, our team creates the account by hand inside 24 hours.

Can I buy more than one package in one order?

One customizer package per order, because each order creates one account for one email address. Snapshots and other items can sit on the same order.

All sales are final once the account has been created. Every module has a live preview on this site running the same engine, so you can try it all before paying.

Do prices include design or installation work?

No. Each package is software access. You customize the look in the editor and paste the install line into GoHighLevel yourself; it takes about two minutes. Support and help docs are there if you get stuck.

Workspaces: Separate saved setups inside one account. Agencies running more than one brand keep each look in its own workspace.
Saved templates: Designs you have built and kept, ready to publish or switch back to.
Team members: People from your agency who can log in to the editor with their own access.
Allowed domains: The domains your install line may run on, such as your white-label app domain and your website.
Version history: How many earlier versions of a design you can roll back to after publishing a change.
